CONTEXTUAL INQUIRY
Contextual Inquiry combines the best of the worlds of observation and questioning. In this way you get to know your target group quickly, reliably and economically.

WHAT?
During contextual inquiry the target group is observed on site and accompanied by an interviewer. The interviewer asks questions directly on site and thus understands the processes and background even better.
WHEN?
A Contextual Inquiry is ideal for starting a project where little is known about current processes or the use of existing systems. The Contextual Inquiry can also be used for Post Market Surveillance to obtain input on current problems and future optimizations.

RESULT
You can derive several results at once from a contextual inquiry: Task analyses to describe the processes; operating errors; potential for improvement.
