Formative UX Sprint
What it contains:
Starter Workshop & Kickoff: In a joint workshop, we assess the current state of your product and your goals for user feedback. We have a look at:
- The digital product / the digital components of your embedded device
- Your user group
- Your use environment
- The tasks with the product.
Recruit participants: We invite 5 participants (selection by gender and age possible) to test your product remotely for 45 minutes each in a moderated user study. All tests are conducted on the same day.
Conduct the UX-Test: We prepare a test guideline and obtain your approval. Our experts then conduct all the tests in one day – with you watching live via stream or from our premises.
Improvement Workshop: In a joint remote workshop, we present the findings of the Formative UX Sprint and work with you to develop recommendations for solving the usability problems. The workshop is held on the same day or the day after the tests and the results are documented in a short presentation and delivered as a PDF.
