We offer the possibility to stream studies live or to be present on site.
Thanks to patient simulators and other state-of-the-art equipment, almost all use cases for your medical device or IVD can be simulated. In our freely customizable medical usability labs, you can also perfectly reproduce your operating room setting.

Our Medical Usability Lab
The Medical Usability Lab is perfect for your formative and summative studies. It allows you to conduct simulated use studies for a variety of settings from the medical field.
Suitable camera equipment lets you observe and record all use errors live. If required, even eye tracking is possible. A clear sound lets you hear all details during the tests.
Eye-Tracking
Our eye-tracking system makes it possible to precisely track glances and gaze durations even when moving freely around the room. This means you always know where the user’s focus is and can gain important insights into usage behavior when analyzing the data.
For example, you can find out which areas of your user interface are perceived particularly well and which are hardly perceived at all.
Observation rooms
It is important to us that you are satisfied with our work and the results of the user research. To ensure this, our observation rooms give you the opportunity to watch everything live and talk to our interviewers between tests. This way, we can also directly consider spontaneous change requests.
Our user database
Through our user database www.NUTZER-tests.de we reach thousands of users for your studies – lay people as well as health care professionals and patients.
If your users are not there, our in-house recruiters will solve the problem manually. This saves you a lot of time and energy in the user search!
