Who we are & what drives us

We have a clear vision for our work: we want to create a world in which healthcare professionals and patients can focus entirely on treatment, rather than on handling equipment.

To achieve this, we embody our values of fun, respect, excellence, cohesion and intrapreneurship every day.

You can find out more about us and our vision here.

Our values and mission are important components of a career at Custom Medical.

You can apply here – and here’s what happens next

  • We review your application documents: In the first step, we review your application in detail and contact you with any questions we may have. This step usually takes two weeks.
  • First meeting: If we find your documents suitable, we will invite you to a first meeting. This takes place remotely and lasts about 30 minutes. Afterwards, you and we will have a better picture of each other – and can decide whether we are a good fit.
  • Interview/trial work: If we both conclude that we could be a good fit for each other, we will take the next step. We will invite you to an on-site interview. This will give us an opportunity to talk in more depth and allow you to get to know our premises and the team. Depending on the role, there will also be a trial work period during which you can familiarize yourself with typical tasks and try them out.
  • Contract & onboarding: Everything fits? Then the next step is the employment contract and onboarding. This varies depending on the position, but typically includes an organizational part before we get down to the technical details. Congratulations and welcome to the team! By now, we’re on a first-name basis. 😉
